BSER REET Teacher In-Hand Salary
The employee will never receive the full salary in hand the officials always make some deductions. After deductions, what remains is known as the in-hand salary. During this time, they receive only the basic salary. After confirmation, they receive the full salary per the 10th Level in the pay matrix.
